Location

City Home Concierge Residential Hotel is a new five-star apartment hotel in the centre of Budapest: 2 min from the Opera on Andrassy Avenue, as well as from the bunch of bars and restaurants around Liszt Ferenc square. It is close to the Music Academy, the St. Stephen Basilica, etc. The nearest metro stop (Oktogon square on yellow line) is also 2 min, while the WestEnd Shopping Mall is 5 min on foot. A truly ideal location for short or long stay in a quiet street in the midst of the happening area - if you don't insist on a river view or an opulent palace-like feeling.

There are 96 fully furnished, self-contained luxury apartments on 8 levels (plus 2 underground parking levels). The hotel has spacious carpeted apartments in "Italian, modern, minimalist style that suits young, dynamic urban professionals" (AmCham.hu). The 96 air-conditioned apts feature parquet floor in the living rooms and anti-slip finish on the bathroom floors. They are equipped all kinds of basic things like radio, fridge, coffee and tea maker as well as plasma TVs, DVD players, kitchen appliances, etc. Rates range from 130 to 240 euros (daily cleaning & fitness facilities included). Internet: only wired, only in the apartments.
